Webs By Donna -  Terms of Service

1. Website Setup:

The setup fee is $550.00 and is paid prior to setup.  Ask if you need payment in two installments.

Setup includes the following:

 

		Your chosen design template as shown on Webs By Donna
		Customization with your name, contact information and map link (if available).
		All of the forms as shown. If you would like secure forms (which allows personal information like drivers license number or social security number) this will be an additional cost of $50.00 per year.
		Custom work may have a charge.  Just ask for an estimate.

2. Search Engines, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Internet Marketing

Internet Marketing support, is not part of website setup or support. One of the most common questions we receive is "How will people find my website?" This is a question for which the answer has spawned an entire industry, called Search Engine Optimization. Though there are many companies that specialize in this area, we encourage our customers to choose carefully.  We have investigated this area and we now work with and offer our solution.  Click here for more info. 

 

3. Copyright

The website is copyrighted by Webs By Donna You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to the website in its entirety. You may not copy, distribute or transfer the website, its contents, or its "look and feel" to any other person or business without the express written permission of Webs By Donna.  And of course, we ask that our creative content not be redistributed by competitors.

4. Content Restrictions and Compliance

All services provided by Webs By Donna may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited. Webs By Donna reserves the right to refuse hosting for any material deemed objectionable. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted or trademarked material, material judged to be threatening, obscene, pornographic, in "bad taste," or material protected by trade secret and other statute. You alone are responsible for meeting compliance guidelines with any business or regulatory entity. Webs By Donna cannot convey approval of your website by any regulatory entity.

5. Hosting

Hosting is a commodity that is so inexpensive it is almost free. It is available from thousands of vendors. You receive free hosting on our servers for 30 days. Thereafter, if you want continued support and service, the service plan fee is $24.95 per month.

6. Service Plan

Our service plan is 24.95 per month.  This includes maintaining forms and software updates that can change your website.  This also will include small web changes such as:  phone number change, address change.  Any other changes will be charged extra.  See our pricing guide.

7. Email

You may an existing email address you already have. Or, you may purchase one through our go-daddy account. Click here to purchase email.

8. Website Server Performance

Your website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Webs By Donna does not warrant that the functionality or operation of your website will be uninterrupted or free from error, that any defects in your website will be corrected, or that the web site or the server(s) that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful conditions or components.

Webs By Donna cannot guarantee that your website will appear or function properly in every browser. Webs By Donna builds every website for optimal performance in Internet Explorer and Mozilla FireFox (in whatever the current versions are at time of publication). There are other browsers used by a very small percentage of the population; Webs By Donna cannot guarantee performance on these browsers. Also, Webs By Donna cannot be responsible for any future browser upgrades by Internet Explorer and Mozilla FireFox that cause performance problems on your website.
Webs By Donna cannot guarantee that your web site will be up 100% of the time. Hardware failures, hackers, Denial of Service Attacks, ISP caching and server exploitation by outside parties can affect websites and/or email performance. In spite of excellent equipment and due diligence, errors, failures and attacks can and do occur. Webs By Donna is not liable for any loss due to website or email failure. Webs By Donna recommends that you back up all critical data.

9. Changing Terms of Service and Fees

Web Hosting Fees and Terms of Service for existing customers are subject to change with a 30 day emailed notice. We may change Terms of Service and pricing for new business at any time.
